Contracts & Planning Management

We offer experienced commercial lawyers and contract administrators to support management of contracts and contractors. The contract administrator ensures the contract services are in line with agreed terms and conditions and that the deliverables are timely, complete, and accurate before authorising payment. Services include supporting the payment claim process, managing variations, and documenting delay and disruption claims.

Project Controls

Experienced transactional project management, establishing the estimated costs of projects and their schedules. Enthalpy’s project controls function tracks and manages the project performance in line with a pre-defined baseline, schedule and budget. Project controls provide guiding insights to Project Managers and Management members to make tactical decisions about the project’s direction, often advising mitigating measures to recover schedule and budget against divergent trends.
