Enthalpy was engaged by a mine owner to provide project control services and form construction contracts for the development and implementation phases of a water supply system for a remote mining project.

The project scope included project management and delivery of bore field development, pumps, pipelines and associated local power generation, transmission, and remote-control facilities.

The Enthalpy team established controls systems to monitor cost and commitment, provided project schedules and progress reporting, coordinated design consultants and managed contracts for supply and construction.
