How we Work

As Founder and Non-Executive Chairman, Neil has a Project Management Engineering career spanning almost 40 years. As a result of his extensive experience, Neil Cusworth is often called in to conduct specialist reviews of studies and projects for Owner’s Teams.

Stephen is the Chairman of boutique corporate advisory and funds management group Bizzell Capital Partners Pty Ltd. He is also currently Chairman of ASX listed MAAS Group Holdings Ltd and Laneway Resources Ltd and a Non-executive Director of ASX listed Strike Energy Ltd, Armour Energy Ltd, and Renascor Resources Limited

Cameron has a strong background in the EPCM / Construction industry comprising over 25 years’ experience in mining and petrochemical projects. He has deep experience in project structuring, management, studies, design, controls/ monitoring, scheduling and construction.

Drew Craig
Drew has worked as an exploration geologist and management consultant for over 20 years. He has founded two exploration ventures and operated in over 30 jurisdictions at every level up to and including government. Drew’s commodity experience ranges from gold and diamonds to base metals and industrial minerals.
Andre du Preez
Senior mining industry leader with 28 years’ experience in the resources sector and a successful track record of valuating and delivering Major Capital Projects with Tier 1 Multinational Companies across broad portfolios, business units, geographic locations and commodity groups.
Kevin Hayes

Paul Harper

Paul has:

- Provided technical input to asset evaluation as part of the due diligence process in various potential business acquisitions working closely with financial brokers and legal entities.
- Proven leadership skills to lead and develop high performing multidiscipline technical and commercial teams. Achieving results through people, which is underpinned by a project management based accountability culture.
- Extensive international mining experience in Australia, South and Central Africa, South and North America. Experience includes broad operational, technical and commercial skills in production, development, contracting and project evaluation.
- Comprehensive practical engineering experience in mine operations has been a foundation block to become a strong and motivational leader in the resources industry. These leadership skills have been applied in the mine operations and construction, contracting, consulting and corporate arenas.
Neil Cusworth
Chairman of Enthalpy, with overall corporate development responsibility. Director for South and North American Operations. Previously Managing and Founding Director from 1988 to 2010 and again in 2016/17. Established Enthalpy South America and currently President and Director of Enthalpy Chile SpA.
