Enthalpy was called in by the owner of a coal port in eastern Australia to establish project controls in the formation of EPCM and key construction contracts for the $350M dredging and construction of expanded port facilities. We completed project establishment work including an owner’s project execution plan, cost reviews, and EPCM contract establishment.

We were then asked to continue providing project management advice and contracts claims evaluation services during construction.
