Project Management and Execution consulting for an Oil & Gas explorer
A junior oil & gas explorer worked with Enthalpy to gain advice and assistance in their project planning and controls development. They saw the opportunity to mould fit for purpose process to help ensure delivery of exploration programs in line with shareholder expectations.
Enthalpy’s team first gained an understanding of existing process and capabilities within the explorer’s business. Once improvement opportunities were identified, we worked jointly to establish processes to ensure both efficiency and governance in budgeting, planning, cost control and transparent/timely reporting.
For this project Enthalpy provided both content from our experience and pre-existing documentation as well as experienced people and training to help implement the system for this company’s ongoing use.
