Enthalpy Pty Ltd is pleased to announce the long-time Associate of Enthalpy, Stephen Williams, has been appointed General Manager for Management Consulting Services.
Stephen has over 30 years’ experience in the resource industry in operational, project development, consulting, managerial and governance roles.

His strategic thinking and Corporate Governance expertise will be an invaluable contribution to our team and the clients we serve. As General Manager for Management Consulting Services, Stephen will lead the ongoing growth of this business line. “Our focus is using our in-depth industry experience to identify operational, management and process improvements for our customers.” Stephen, along with Enthalpy founder Neil Cusworth, also provides support to customers implementing the Enthalpy Capital Investment System.
Stephen holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Mining) (Hons) degree from The University of Melbourne and a Masters in Organisational Dynamics from Swinburne University. He is a member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, a graduate member of Australian Institute of Company Directors and member of the Advisory Board, C-Matrix Communications AG, Switzerland.
Stephen is based in Melbourne, Australia.
